Returns policy

I.      If you decide to return a garment, you must lodge the return and ship your delivery within 14 days of receiving your package. 
II.     We do not offer direct exchanges.

III.    We provide credit for all approved returns for the following reasons:

  1.  The garment does not fit you.
  2. You are not satisfied with the workmanship.
  3. Change of mind.


IV.    For your return to be approved for credit, it must meet the following requirements:

  1. The garment is still new with all tags attached in its original dust bag. 
  2. The hygiene liner has not been removed or tampered with.
  3. The garment is free of stains and is returned unwashed.
  4. While we encourage you to return your items in their original packaging, we are aware of shipping costs and will accept returns in packaging of your choosing.  


V.     Your credit at WETWEAR will be valid for 12 months. 

VI.    Customers will bare all shipping costs for returns. We recommend using a traceable delivery method to safeguard your garment’s return to WETWEAR.

VII.   If the garments returned are not honored by the WETWEAR Returns Policy, they shall be returned with charges payable to the customer. 

VIII.  Sale items are final and are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty. Please contact us if your garment falls under this category.
